Hopefully they can fix the comp plan too because it's causing some friction and turnover. In general I enjoy my job but am looking forward to the new CRO to bring in some needed changes.

Current Employee2.3Jun 27, 2024Product is a challenge to sell as we transition from a legacy offering to a new offering. Reps are advocated for well by management, but it seems management is not getting through to Executives. Comp plans are not motivating, goals are unreasonable.
