Worked there a while ago, wasn't great for SDR's, there was one sales manager who left around the same time as me that was terrible, I can only hope his replacement improved things. Culture was bad, favouritism was an issue and success varied by verticle wildly, which was not taken into consideration.

Product is a challenge to sell as we transition from a legacy offering to a new offering. Reps are advocated for well by management, but it seems management is not getting through to Executives. Comp plans are not motivating, goals are unreasonable.

Feels like they realize there are other options out there and the upper management realizes it. They did two rounds of layoffs because they can’t capitalize on the market and leadership doesn’t know what to do to help reps and position the product.
