Sales team is insanely micromanaged especially if you’re newly onboard, no matter your experience. Uncomfortable training sessions and always seemed to be on a zoom call with “trainers” . Pay was great but culture was very disappointing.

Work life balance was great. There is a disconnect between management and employees, the company is exceeding growth targets while employee annual increment is below inflation.
