Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I was hired in during Covid and trained remotely for about 4 weeks. Within 9 months I was promoted to Academy Team Lead, training classes of new hires. Starting out, I had nothing. I built a desk out of an old door I found, and took every suggestion given to me. I went from living with my mother, to getting a gorgeous apartment with my now Fiancé within the first year and a half. I was able to quickly rise within the organization and every day I learn something new. I am surrounded by team members who want to see each other exceed and the leadership executives that actually value dedicated, hardworking SDRs. Without MRP, I honestly don't know if I would be in the position, I'm in, and cannot wait to see what's next. So far, it's been an amazing journey.
