Below average in compensation and above average in work/life balance and mid level managers are great. Compensation has gone down and work/life balance has not been as good in the past year. Overall enjoy working here but it is definitely below average in comp which makes it difficult to want to stick around for many people.

The culture and day to day at this company is the best I have experienced out of anywhere I have worked but the compensation could be more competitive. I generally really like working for this company.
