Toxic culture with new CEO. Major layoffs (30% of company). Got rid of the new teams helping sales close deals (sales enablement and marketing). It's been great so far, hands down the best management I've had in my career so far - really a breath of fresh air. It's a large, London-based company that is very profitable, but ATX office has a fun startup vibe (maybe 40 people). Commission plan is a bit confusing but sounds like they are simplifying it for the better soon.

Good experience and a great place to learn. Pay isn't great but that's easily offset by the opportunities to advance. The culture and people were second to none.
