It's been great so far, hands down the best management I've had in my career so far - really a breath of fresh air. It's a large, London-based company that is very profitable, but ATX office has a fun startup vibe (maybe 40 people). Commission plan is a bit confusing but sounds like they are simplifying it for the better soon.
