When I was there, MURAL was hiring nonstop for SDRs without training the ones they had. They had little to no training for their SDRs, and we even had a sales leader with no SaaS sales experience. There's been a lot of change over the last year as we try and right the ship. There's a lot to like about the role, but the most frustrating part is probably how difficult it is to get anything done internally.
