Out of touch, uninspiring senior leadership gift wrapped in red tape. Slacker culture is encouraged in some departments to the detriment of the entire business. Great products and huge huge potential for growth, shame its being held back by legacy MRI-ers stuck in the golden pre-Covid years

MRI is a great company to work for. Though they are large, it has a small feel in ways. Base comp is decent however in my vertical (MRI has hundreds of products and partners) the OTC was far off my actual even hitting 100%
