Current Employee4.4Jan 16, 2024MRI is a great company to work for. Though they are large, it has a small feel in ways. Base comp is decent however in my vertical (MRI has hundreds of products and partners) the OTC was far off my actual even hitting 100%

Current Employee3.4Apr 18, 2024If what you used to sell was acquired by MRI, prepare for multiple years of growing pains. Difficult real estate market right now to expand and cross sell and manage existing accounts, as not many are buying any CRE software.

Current Employee3.7Jun 27, 2024Constant change keeps reps unable to build steady relationships with new prospects, as the average length of a sales cycle is generally very long. these changes are made without the reps feedback. There is a lack of structure and direction that is obvious to most employees. Changes that are made are typically not changes that solve any of the apparent issues.
