MRI is a great company to work for. Though they are large, it has a small feel in ways. Base comp is decent however in my vertical (MRI has hundreds of products and partners) the OTC was far off my actual even hitting 100%

Constant change keeps reps unable to build steady relationships with new prospects, as the average length of a sales cycle is generally very long. these changes are made without the reps feedback. There is a lack of structure and direction that is obvious to most employees. Changes that are made are typically not changes that solve any of the apparent issues.

My overall experience is that this company is too "corporate". Management gets in it's own way, sets goals, then constantly moves the goal posts. No feedback from the sales team on decisions that will directly affect the team.
