Pays well, but not worth your mental health. Internal processes are arduous and manual, but getting better slowly as they scale. Office culture is not very flexible, and quite bro.

not a great experience, poor leadership. Terrible tech stack (proprietary CRM). Unrealistic targets and toxic culture. WFH was an earned right based on performance and the OTE that was advertised did not match the targets set. In the last 2 months 40% of the sales team have quit out of frustration. Pros - The product is pretty incredible compared to industry competitors. They created a solution that clearly meets the needs corporate legal teams face - AI adoption is still early within legal so plenty of opportunity to sell into large orgs - very clear sales process/methodology Cons - you will be told this is a hybrid role.
