Back to ReviewsFormer Employee When I joined Lokalise I quickly learner that teams were struggling to reach quotas. The most obvious reason for this appeared to be the rapid growth of the sales org. The AE team went from 5 globally to 12 and the SDR team had also more then doubled. However revenue and opportunity generation remained static before declining so the increased head count meant less quota attainment per rep. This continuing situation eventually led to mass lay offs. Not a single SDR or AE hit quota in 22. By H1 of 23 only one AE was on track to hit quota Browse Other Reviews
