When I joined Lokalise I quickly learner that teams were struggling to reach quotas. The most obvious reason for this appeared to be the rapid growth of the sales org. The AE team went from 5 globally to 12 and the SDR team had also more then doubled. However revenue and opportunity generation remained static before declining so the increased head count meant less...Read More
