Great incentive structure, great base compensation, not sure where the organization wants to go from a product perspective, Leadership is righting the ship from constant changes from previous leadership, sales and marketing completely disconnected, channel program needs some fine tuning (headed by MSP leadership which creates headwinds for enterprise teams)
