LM has a solid product, but it’s it not best of breed and loses a lot of ground to Datadog. It was a revolving door at the executive level when I was there and, thus, there was no consistent direction. Customers were generally happy, but expansion was only the result of the companies increasing their infrastructure - not because the customer was adopting LM’s newer products.

I had a decent experience, and from what I can see, a lot has changed since I last worked there. The primary challenges I experienced were a lack of diversity, and lacklustre sales training. Other aspects were OK, however, my experience there was coloured by these two aspects.

Place has very little direction. I received no training or development and didn't even see the product/platform until nearly 4 months in. Reps are thrown into the deep end with accounts, without any sort of direction or priority. Meetings on meetings on meetings. Often you will look at someone's calendar only to find they have 2-3 "weekly check-in" meetings...Read More
