Current Employee2.7Oct 31, 2023Commission structure is based on a bunch of variables no matter how much you sell. You could sell over your quota but if you dont hit the correct amount for 3 year deals, cloud quota, pro services quota, etc you will not get paid your full commission

We reported on all our activities weekly. The culture and transparency of the people was what drew me to LogicMonitor but it was the way they went about the reorganization that makes me question the company.

It was a revolving door at the executive level when I was there and, thus, there was no consistent direction.
