Current Employee3.3Jun 22, 2023Good product and good overall company culture. Sales quotas are entirely unattainable. The only chance you have at hitting quota is to strike gold. There is absolutely no way you can hit quota with base hits and solid consistent outbound activity, you need luck. Leadership is hit or miss. Licensing, POV process, etc often get in the way and bog down the sales process.
