Good product and good overall company culture. Sales quotas are entirely unattainable. The only chance you have at hitting quota is to strike gold. There is absolutely no way you can hit quota with base hits and solid consistent outbound activity, you need luck. Leadership is hit or miss. Licensing, POV process, etc often get in the way and bog down the sales process.

I had a decent experience, and from what I can see, a lot has changed since I last worked there. The primary challenges I experienced were a lack of diversity, and lacklustre sales training. Other aspects were OK, however, my experience there was coloured by these two aspects.

My overall experience was confusing. The sales cycle is very long and really required a lot of hunting as there were little to no leads. We reported on all our activities weekly. The culture and transparency of the people was what drew me to LogicMonitor but it was the way they went about the reorganization that makes me question the company.
