My overall experience at GoTo was great. I had a great team, and the pay was good. I wanted to take my skills into a higher role like management. I decided to leave and try and find a new role at a different company.

Too many changes going on with upper leadership and false promises with internal rewards. Major dysfunction between Support and Sales and too many people on one team. Virtually everyone got laid off from the Sales Team.
