Outstanding culture and career for many years until leadership changes in late 2023. Sales plummeted after months of elementary level training, rerouting of all leads to underpaid employees, high focus on KPIs without correct reporting, and toxic environment created from VP Sales.

My experience with GoTo has overall been good. They are low in the industry when looking at base/compensation but the product is very good and there is a need continually for it. Management has improved but still not awesome.
