The people at GoTo are great, its the culture that has deteriorated. Ever since PE took over, it's gone downhill. They nickle and dime everything. Products are hard to sell due to decrease in market demand and the commoditization of remote support tools. Top Leadership has unrealistic expectations and switches gears often to try to find something that works. The PE firm is actively trying to sell us at the moment, which makes things rough. Lots of pressure and expecations to perform, but rarely does someone make quota.

My first 4 years as an account executive were excelled. Great inbound lead flow and our solution offering was amongst the top in the industry. Product development fell behind big time and there was minimal to no inbound lead flow at the time of my departure. The market also became super saturated and our product fell behind

You used to be able to make a lot of money here but they changed the comp structure. SMBs used to have 150k OTE now its like 95k. Aside from that the leadership is amazing.
