Typically a public company is somewhat well organized and sets reps up for success. This is not the case at LiveRamp, the product is very complicated and there is virtually no enablement for any of the sales team.

LiveRamp has been a good place to work and learn. Product is very complex. The ability to "dumb it down" is key. Company seems to be always going through a transition where it will be better at the other end but rarely is. That's not to say it's bad now, because it isn't bad at all. My overall experience was great, even if the Product Fit wasn’t very important in France. Stakes and discussions were exciting in a dynamic ecosystem of Data with Meta, Google, and Data scientist teams. To be successful you have to be on the right vertical in France.
