The T&Cs of comp plans and SPIFFs are changed in such a way that reps won't be fairly compensated. Buy hey, our execs on their big 6 and 7 figure salaries need their bonuses right? Former Employee2.4Nov 12, 2023They over hired a bunch of people and didn't have leads for them. Almost no one was hitting quota and the good leads were going to the people who had been there the longest and worked in the local office. Mass exodus of people left.
