Overall the company has great advantages and sets people in the path to success. In the specific Talent Solutions branch, there is now both a Hiring and a Learning sales objective. Learning has proven challenging to hit for most reps, which is causing some turnover. However at the same time it is an opportunity to strongly overachieve and make good money.
