LinkedIn Sales Solutions has a great culture and leadership. Compensation is generous and if you outperform quota you can do really well. In my opinion, the product didn’t innovate or evolve enough over the last 4 years so now there is a struggle with product market fit and GTM narrative. The company seems to be doubling down on the SMB space and not evolving for the Enterprise

Great coworkers but almost no training and development. We just put in our first sales methodology a few months back and we’ve been around for years. Leadership mostly relies on brand recognition and not sales skills.
