In my opinion, the product didn’t innovate or evolve enough over the last 4 years so now there is a struggle with product market fit and GTM narrative. The company seems to be doubling down on the SMB space and not evolving for the Enterprise Current Employee Great company, product and people. Awesome being a part of MSFT.
