If you have been a rep that over performed for 4 years straight and missed quota on one quarter, you will automatically be put on a pre-pip and in the next quarter on a pip
Managers are stressing out themselves currently and will micromanage you so that you do not want to work anymore
At the end of the day it is a Microsoft subsidiary and they know how to make the sales team life miserable
Stay away until LinkedIn is able to hit triple digit growth again
