Leadership only cares about what you have done lately. Quota attainment in NAMER was 25% last year. Comp plan was adjusted to make it much harder to exceed OTE. Current Employee2.7Oct 20, 2023bad. do not work here. the managers do not care and the directors have been in seat so long they aren't even aware of what it's like to be a rep. this is not a true AE position and the tools we have do not have the tools to allow us to succeed.
