Quotas are divided and meant to push new products into the market that clients don’t want at all and are not a good fit for. If you don’t hit quota two quarters in a row, you’re on a pip, which at the moment is nearly 40% of my sales org, almost 25% left in the last few months, and I can say that almost everyone of the rest is struggling and going on a pip soon. I think the golden days of LinkedIn are over but they are still too arrogant to see this. Browse Other Reviews
