Current Employee I have been at LinkedIn for a long time now (nearly a decade) and the company has drastically changed since then, especially since RR became CEO. It definitely feels toxic working there and the amount of stress we are under is very high with no increase in pay. Constant churnover which makes reps always having to do temp coverage as well.
