Primary issues facing organization or poor leadership from a sales organization and unrealistic expectations, commission-wise. Remove the only senior BDM and less than 30%, typically 10% of reps hit their quarterly quota. Primary feedback from leadership about team not hitting quota is that reps aren't doing enough to generate new business despite 20-25% of our daily tasks end up being devoted to assisting with CS cases, navigating internal system issues, and maintaining relationships with current clients. There is a lot of potential with the tools, culture and future but primary issues in sales org stem from a lack of empathy and understanding from highest sales leadership roles. Browse Other Reviews
