My overall experience was mixed. The product is well received in the industry but the company is now creating products that aren't the best fit. The overall culture of the company is designed for white males. There is no diversity and no celebration of differences. OTA Insight is a good company with good product fit, however the management is very under-qualified and does not stand behind its reps. They also place de electoraters that hinder reps from making even close to the expected total earnings. They view reps as expendable

My experience has been amazing at Lighthouse. With new products being rolled out and developed there is always opportunity to find success selling here. I have the freedom to operate on my own as a professional and the support when I need it. Not to mention the unlimited PTO is amazing for enjoying a healthy work life balance.
