1-2 out of 16 people hit quota per quarter. Products are great but there are too many sales people. Leadership doesn't care because there are other arms of the sales side that are allowing us to hit targets. Commission withheld from some people if they have a big quarter to be paid at their discretion depending on whether our numbers look good as a sales or that quarter or not. Little empathy for BDM's from upper management. Pluses are good work-life balance, lots of good people, supportive immediate management.

My overall experience was mixed. The product is well received in the industry but the company is now creating products that aren't the best fit. The overall culture of the company is designed for white males. There is no diversity and no celebration of differences. This company is not inclusive nor values diversity, as shown by a number of situations played out this year. Senior leadership is dysfunctional, incompetent, and under qualified.
