Lever has drastically changed since being acquired by Employ. Executive leadership has been a revolving door- Lever was the best company I've ever worked pre- acquisition. If you are a seasoned sales rep I would not recommend joining Lever to up-level your career. If you are new to sales it could be a great enviroment to kick start your career- but difficult to predict what will happen as so much is continuously changing.

I worked with excellent people but the sales leadership had much to be desired. They were nice people but there wasn't the wealth of experience and the company started to lose the innovation edge against its top competitor.

Lever went downhill after it was acquired by Employ in August 2022. Horrific leadership that sets unrealistic targets, doesn’t value culture, and is out of touch. Lever used to be a great place to work and Employ leadership has changed everything that was great about Lever for the worse. Hitting your OTE is a pipe dream at best.
