Former Employee Overall, the experience at Lark was lackluster at best. The company attempted to break into the US market, but much of the leadership team was in Asia and frankly did not listen to us on the sales and CS side. Integrations lacking, and struggled to find PMF. Pay was good but it was very much a sink or swim environment, with little to no sales leadership present at all.
