My overall experience was mixed emotions. Really great people on the direct team, leadership seems to be behind the curve and the product while differentiated had a hard time going up market

Excellent commission rate at Lacework, but the downside is that Enterprise deals are few & far between. There are a select few number of reps that are on pace to hit their quota this year. But the plus side is that even if you don't hit quota, you can still make decent money b/c commission rates are so high (22% of the deal). Leadership is unfortunately a major...Read More
