Not a bad place to get your foot in the door in sales out of college. I started here as an Executive Recruiter doing mostly business development. The compensation is great, but the market is saturated with a lot of competition. Again, straight out of college the structure of this place will teach you a lot about sales and cold calling, but you will be micromanaged. Our phone call reports were pulled daily to check metrics.

There is no guidance. Training is thrown in and go. Leadership has been here for 10+ years and that is the problem. Everyone does their own thing and no one is aligned.

My overall experience was lackluster. It seemed like a great opportunity to grow and move to the next step in my career, but there is little support from enablement, management, and the sales org as a whole.
