There is no guidance. Training is thrown in and go. Leadership has been here for 10+ years and that is the problem. Everyone does their own thing and no one is aligned.

The Sales Executive Role at LHH is not an easy one. The company is a revolving door of SE's - 23 are hired at a time, at 2 months in 9 have left. Senior SE's get preferential treatment that directly conflicts with companies extremely loose rules of engagement.
