How they are still in their respective leadership positions shows the purposeful ignorance of Corporate leadership back in Zurich. Too bad, because there are good , solid people in the trenches for this company. But the clown car that Senior leadership populates ( and you know who you are ) is at the core of LHH's issues. No amount of new Corp leadership out of Zurich ( yet another layer of Corp mgt . ), management meetings in Austin, or meditation sessions on an internal local weekly sales call; are going to help.
Keep getting your ass kicked by the competition; that's what you've become good at in the last 3-4 years.
