My overall experience has been positive so far although I can see the organization has been through lots of painful changes and there’s a lack of transparency from leadership, and mostly, a lack of communication.

My overall experience was lackluster. It seemed like a great opportunity to grow and move to the next step in my career, but there is little support from enablement, management, and the sales org as a whole.

There is no guidance. Training is thrown in and go. Leadership has been here for 10+ years and that is the problem. Everyone does their own thing and no one is aligned.
