It was clearly a "hire 100 people expecting to cut 70-80% within 6months" type of role. Training officers and others kept hyping how lucrative sales was and you could make so much money etc.....yet none of them (who had supposedly had so much success) had that role anymore. Even the admin staff for scheduling / equipment etc had come from a sales role. Read between the lines : everyone transitioned out of this supposedly "so lucrative" role as fast as they could. My lead list I was given for the entirety of a large geographic area was 9 accounts.

The worst Senior Leadership ( President of North America and her Sr VP's ) I have seen in my 25 + year career in Sales. My overall experience was lackluster. It seemed like a great opportunity to grow and move to the next step in my career, but there is little support from enablement, management, and the sales org as a whole.
