Training officers and others kept hyping how lucrative sales was and you could make so much money etc.....yet none of them (who had supposedly had so much success) had that role anymore. The compensation is great, but the market is saturated with a lot of competition. Again, straight out of college the structure of this place will teach you a lot about sales and cold calling, but you will be micromanaged....Read More
