How common is it for SDR or BDR to hit there quota. How is leadership with the company?

Our leadership’s goal is to create a positive sales environment where reps love coming to work. When Lars (KnowBe4's Chief Revenue Officer) first started working at KnowBe4, Stu (our Founder & CEO) asked Lars to put together a list of all the worst experiences he had as a sales rep. Stu and Lars then used this list to create the policies and procedures for KnowBe4's sales team, avoiding any policies that would put reps in similar situations. Our leadership takes great pride in keeping all employees in the loop. We have a daily company-wide briefing to discuss new product updates, the sales forecast, and any other announcements that are important to share with the entire organization.

Management loves micromanagement. Everyday micromanagement. No rep is safe. Not even reps hitting their number.

The current average for reps both in sales and csm to hit target (in the most current quarter) was 40%. Hard #'s for you there. No rebuttal can be made.

The company’s answer on this one no longer has any sort of weight to it given that Lars is now gone. There was a time where the goal of “80% to quota” was actually conceivable but that was a few years ago and I’d be shocked if they were coming in at even 50% to quota these days.
