Very poor product market fit. Very junior leadership that doesn’t know how to coach or build out scalable processes. Quota is not obtainable. CEO is living on a different planet.

My experience has been amazing so far - it's a tough market when you're not a necessity product which is fine just hinders internal growth obviously. Culture and managers are amazing!
