Overall great place to work with engaging work, but since going public leadership has become out of touch with what CSM's are doing and what ACTUALLY drives retention and net upgrades. As more time has passed here, I’ve noticed very concerning and troubling things in Klaviyo’s sales org. Newer reps are massively struggling, tenured reps sitting on the best accounts, CRM data is a mess and leadership turns the cheek on a lot. I’d probably stay at my former company if I knew this.
