Although the Khoros CX platform is a nice to have not a must-have solution, I had a great time working there. SDR team is strong and collaborative, compensation is amazing, my manager is awesome

Unhealthy PE rollup that was desperately trying to sell in 2022. The burden now belongs to the staff that was left behind once all the legacy talent and leadership jumped-ship. Those remaining are in hopeless pursuit of empty title and comp promises from a flaccid ELT who consider themselves to be "professional". My overall experience was great! WAY more ups then downs and common growth pains that any company goes through from acquisition to merger and then rebrand. Wickedly smart people and the great products kept me there for years. Should have doubled down on Social Marketing, Social Care, Analytics and Community and left the Contact Center business to others.
