Sales Leadership are great guys who want what's best for their employees. Unfortunately, the product doesn't stack up to it's competition nor has there been any significant update to the product in a long time. Executive leadership attributes their underperformance on sales when the problem is really a product problem. Many people in sales are leaving or looking to leave this org.

Poor overall experience. Zero training, but still want you to hit 50% in your first month with no support or framework for success. PIPs are threatened regularly to leverage you to run harder even if they have no intent of actually putting you on one. You are supposed to burn it down every month, and carrying any sort of pipe is seen as sandbagging.
