I really like this company and those I work with. I had sales and sdr experience coming over, as well as a few other SDR’s that were hired on with me. Most have now dropped out or have been let go due to the high demand of calls and hitting quota. If you do not hit 25 held demos in the first two months you are let go. It’s been a grind, and many of the leads in the dealership vertical are recycled quite a bit. But the product and team are great to work with. I’ve enjoyed the challenge and time here.

Not a great fit for me, definitely an good organization. The SDR role is an outbound call role. They have 2 defined call blocks of time, and the other time is training and prep, which I thought was very valuable. There is a marketing flow of webinars, but the outreach is typically cold calling. After a series of promotions, you can get inbound marketing leads.

Phenomenal culture I love them. Makes me want to come to work as a gen z . I feel like they actually care and even though base comp is lower I feel better because they aren’t some bloated VC backed company that will lay you off with no remorse. They really care. As a queer woman I’ve felt accepted and haven’t had any negative experiences in the sales department.
