My experience with Kenect has been fine, nothing spectacular. They don’t focus much on actually promoting from within, which is frustrating. They focus more on revenue growth and bringing in management from the outside.

My experience with this company was actually really good. Unfortunately, I was laid off due to COVID-19 and so was everyone else that was brought in in my training class. There was no help after being laid off, I wish there would have been help to ease the burden of the pandemic.

Poor overall experience. Zero training, but still want you to hit 50% in your first month with no support or framework for success. PIPs are threatened regularly to leverage you to run harder even if they have no intent of actually putting you on one. You are supposed to burn it down every month, and carrying any sort of pipe is seen as sandbagging.

Kenect is a great place to break into SDR. This a very entry level position.
