They have 2 defined call blocks of time, and the other time is training and prep, which I thought was very valuable. There is a marketing flow of webinars, but the outreach is typically cold calling. After a series of promotions, you can get inbound marketing leads.

Most have now dropped out or have been let go due to the high demand of calls and hitting quota. If you do not hit 25 held demos in the first two months you are let go.
